The Board of Directors has engaged a professional staff to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Credit Union.

Overseeing the entire operation is a President/CEO, who reports directly to the Board.

  • It is his responsibility to hire and fire staff, as necessary, within the approved organizational chart.
  • The President/CEO is authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the Credit Union, as necessary, to ensure smooth operation.

In the absence of the President/CEO, without prior instructions, or in event of his incapacity to perform his duties, the following individuals would assume his duties, in the following order:

  1. Executive Vice President/COO
  2. Human Resources Director
  3. Delivery Channels  Director
