ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Overview

An Annual Meeting of the members shall be held at such time and place as the Board of Directors shall determine.

The Annual Meeting requires at least a thirty (30) but no more than seventy-five (75) day written notice to each member by in person delivery, or by mailing the written notice to each member at the address that appears on the records of IR Federal Credit Union.  Notice of the annual meeting may be given by posting the notice in a conspicuous place in the offices of FedChoice Federal Credit Union where members may read it.

Any other special meeting of the members requires at least a seven (7) day written notice delivered in the same manner as the notice of the Annual Membership Meeting

Marketing Services is responsible for preparation of the Annual Report, which is distributed at this meeting.

Executive Assistant or the Marketing Services Department is also responsible for securing accommodations for Annual Credit Union Membership Meeting.

Procedure

The Chairman gives the opening greeting.

The Chairman reports on prior year's accomplishments and next year's goals.

The President/CEO reports on the financial condition of the Credit Union.

The Supervisory Committee Chairman reports on the NCUA and auditors' examinations.

The results of the election are announced.

The meeting is adjourned.
